Where would you normally use this stainless steel handrail fitting ?
As a way of covering fixings at the base of a 38.1mm round support post.

What is it made out of ?
316 grade Stainless Steel in a Satin finish.

What are the important dimensions ?
This fitting fits over 38.1mm diameter round stainless tube.
It will work with the SSF067-6 and SSF068-M6 base plates.
It will NOT work with the SSF083-M6 and SSF083-S6 base plates.

Can it be used for exterior application ?
As it is 316 grade Stainless Steel, it is more than suitable for use outside.

How do you fix it to the stainless steel tube ?
It doesn't need to be fixed, rather it just sits neatly at the base of a stainless support post.
