Delivery Policy

The engine that drives this website is a USA designed product, and therefore apart from Australia Post, it does not have any other inbuilt Australian freight options available at the moment (although I have been informed that they are working on some other Australian freight options such as Toll and Startrack)

Australia Post will not freight products over 105cm in length or 20kgs in weight, which is ok for some of our products, but not all.

We therefore have come up with our own freight rates that will be based on the weight of your parcel (we can calulate this, as all of our products have their weight recorded when entered).

The freight that we quote will in most cases be accurate, but for some remote areas of Australia where the cost of freighting goods is much greater, depending on the dollar value of your order, we may need to contact you in regards to this.

Our preferred method of freighting goods will be to use Toll Ipec, as they specialise in parcel work to all parts of Australia (including parcels up to 4 metres in length). They use a tracking number that we can provide you with so that you can track the progress of your order (once it has left us) on their website. They do require a parcel to be signed for on delivery, so it is preferrable that you choose an address where someone is likely to be around to receive it.

In most cases your order will be sent within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. A guide as to how long it should take to get to you (once sent from our factory/warehouse in Adelaide) is shown below (in business days).

Adelaide metro : Same or next day
SA Country : 2 to 3 days

Melbourne metro : 1 to 2 days
VIC Country : 2 to 3 days

QLD Country : 4 to 8 days
