Delivery Policy

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We deliver anywhere in Australia.
 
At this stage our online shop cannot be used for shipping to locations outside of Australia. If you are based overseas, please get in contact with us via email so we can quote you for freight.
 

DELIVERY FEES

The cost of delivery will vary depending on your location, and the weight/size of your order. Our website will automatically calculate this fee for you. #

The easiest way to get a delivery cost estimate would be to add your desired product(s) to the cart, and then click the "calculate shipping" link on the checkout page.
 
# If you are on an island (not including Tasmania) or are located in a remote location in Australia, then the price that is shown will NOT be the price that we will need to charge to deliver it to you. If you think your delivery location may fall within this category, then we recommend that you contact us first to get a quote.

 

DELIVERY SERVICE

Most orders placed on our online store will be shipped with either Australia Post, Border Express or Mainfreight, or in the case of local deliveries we will most likely use a local courier service such as APD or Jet. The service that we choose  will depend on your location and the size/weight of the order. Where possible we will send packages express (weight and size dependant). If you have any delivery instructions please be sure to include them in the “Special Delivery Instructions” box on the checkout page. This includes, but is not limited to: requests for packages to be signed for, requests for packages to be left in a specific location onsite, special unloading instructions, or notes for the delivery driver. If specialty delivery/unloading vehicles such as cranes will be required please get in touch with us via email or over phone so that we can quote you on these services as they will not be covered by the online delivery fee. Please also note that most courier services do not offer a call prior to delivery service or exact ETA’s.
 
You should receive tracking information via email from one of the aforementioned companies once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once an order has been placed and payment has been made we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible; in most cases orders will be sent 2-3 business days from placement (larger orders with handrail involved may take an extra day or 2). During peak periods, such as the weeks leading up to Christmas/ Easter, or after we return from holiday break, orders may take a few additional days to dispatch.
 
Once orders have been dispatched the below chart can be used as a rough delivery guide (shown in business days):

SA Country : 2 to 3 days
 
Melbourne metro : 1 to 2 days
VIC Country : 2 to 3 days
 
Sydney metro : 2 to 3 days
NSW Country : 3 to 5 days
 
Brisbane metro : 3 to 4 days
QLD Country : 5 to 8 days
 
Perth metro : 3 to 4 days
WA Country : 5 to 8 days
 
TAS Metro and Country : 5 to 8 days
 
**Please note that online delivery fees are not applicable to customers with 30-day accounts, they should refer to the delivery and freight zone charts in the back of their price lists.
