We have been manufacturing timber cover buttons (aka domed cover plugs) for many years; and over this period we have produced a variety of different sizes and made them in a number of various timber species.

These cover buttons are designed as a decorative way to cover the head of a screw or nail on timber furniture or joinery; and is an effective alternative to timber filler.

Our 3 most popular cover buttons are the 3/8" (9.5mm), 1/2" (12.7mm) and 1" (25.4mm). These measurements refer to the size of the hole that the cover button will go into, with the "hat" section of the button being larger in diameter, so as to cover the hole.

Apart from the size variations, we also make these buttons in a variety of different timbers; including Pine, Vic Ash, Jarrah, Kwila (aka Merbau) and Meranti.
