A number of years back a local lounge manufacturer asked us if we could make a facing in timber that they were up until then buying in plastic.

With two 5-axis CNC's to choose from, we were able to write a program to reproduce the product in timber. As you can see from the photos below, we manufacture the facing in batches of 4 at a time.

The quality that we get off of the CNC is quite good, but we do need to lightly sand each item before sending them to our customer.

Although the lounge suite that they are used on may not be to everyone's liking, the fact that we are still making them is testimony to a lounge design that continues to sell.
