Custom timber mouldings are something that we get a call for on a regular basis, but most of them are quite small in size and therefore are relatively easy to produce. As you can see by the accompanying photos, the custom mould that we produced for this customer was certainly not small.

The mould was produced in a finger jointed Pine and then was H3 treated. It was roughly 145mm wide and 45mm thick and was going to be used as a decorative mould on the outside wall of the house they were restoring.

It was quite a challenging mould for us to produce, as there was a lot of timber to remove to create the final profile.
