Kitchen Makeover Using Timber Corbels

Timber corbels aren’t necessarily the first thing that comes to mind when you think of kitchen renovations- but perhaps they should be. A few coats of paint and some corbels are an inexpensive way to give your kitchen a facelift. The process of installing and painting these corbels is so quick and easy that you can do yourself- there’s no need to call a handyman.

Depending on how you plan on using our corbels, installation can be as simple as using a wood adhesive to glue the corbel in place. Fast drying glues such as Titebond Original are preferable, unless you happen to keep a wood clamp handy. Clean up is simple too; simply use a damp cloth to remove any excess while the glue is still wet, or a scraper to remove any dried excess.

One of our customers sent us some amazing before and after pictures of his kitchen makeover. As you can see, a lick of paint and a few corbels have made a world of difference- so different in fact that it looks like an entirely different space!
