Transitioning from wall mounted to glass mounted handrail brackets is seamless, as many of our brackets have matching counterparts. For example, the wall mounted bracket IF459XSSM matches the glass mounted bracket IF452XSSM; which makes installation a breeze. As, don’t forget, when using glass panels you must have your handrail mounted to the glass not the adjacent wall! For ease of installation, we recommend having your glass panels pre-drilled/cut before attaching , and can help prevent breakage and cracking.

To attach glass panels to a timber staircase, glass standoffs can be used. These come in a variety of different sizes and finishes, so you’re sure to find one to match your specific project- whether it be indoors or outdoors.
