Plantation grown Merbau (also known as Kwila), which is a highly durable timber that is perfect for use in exterior (outside) applications.

What are the important dimensions ?
Overall : 38mm Height x 135mm Width x Various Lengths
Maximum Length Available is 4.8 metres.

How should you finish it ?
If looking for a natural finish, an exterior oil or clear laquer is ok.
If wanting to paint, a water based primer/undercoat is not a necessity (although it wouldn’t hurt), but at least 2 coats of the final colour is a must.
