Payment Policy

Prices of products and delivery charges displayed on this website are current at the time of viewing, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, we will contact you within 1 to 2 business days of an order being placed to discuss how you would like to proceed.

GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% is inclusive in all our prices shown on our Australian website. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

When you are entering your details during the online ordering process, you may select from 3 different types of payment methods; Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard), PayPal or Direct Depsoit. 

All credit card transactions done via the Hammersmith website are processed through shopify.

Hammersmith Woodturners Pty Ltd adheres to strict security checks to reduce the chance of credit card fraud.

Although your credit card is processed through an electronic payment gateway, this process of funds is not acknowledgement of a successful transaction according to the Hammersmith security policy.

All Credit Card details will go through an Address Verification (AV) process. If the AV fails, we will seek additional proof of identity. (To prevent this extra request we ask that all information is supplied and that all fields are completed.)

If choosing to pay via Direct Deposit, then after placing your order you will receive an email from us detailing what your order is as well as containing our bank details. Once you have made payment via your bank account to ours, please email us a copy of the deposit receipt so that we can process your order.
